Letting Go Of What Is No Longer Needed

Podcast

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every conversation I’ve had on the Always Shine Brightly podcast (23 interviews with amazing souls plus my solo introduction!) and I hope you’ve both enjoyed the stories and gained relevant insights and inspiration from the lessons and stories shared. With Season 2 officially wrapped, I’ll be taking a break from the podcast before deciding if there will be a Season 3. My intention was always to provide a “bridge of understanding” regarding our individual journey to know ourselves as a soul…with the stretch goal of knowing ourself as a soul in unity consciousness. Not every interview was meant to speak directly to unity consciousness as that is not always relevant to where someone is (hence the “the bridge of understanding” I desired to offer). It was also meant to normalize the spiritual path so seemingly disparate things occurring in your individual life could be understood through your journey as a soul. In seeing these “seemingly disparate” instances, circumstances, hardships and frustrations from the perspective of a soul journey, you would gain speed on your respective journey to know yourself as your soul. Each interview was meant to offer inspiration and insight on some level of our respective soul journey and I believe they did.Whether the podcast continues or not, …

Free Yourself From Body Prison w/ Jennifer O’Neill

January 26, 2021
Podcast

This week we have our final episode of Season 2 featuring Jennifer O’Neill!

Jennifer is a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is on a mission to help women free their bodies from the pain of dieting and negative body image, and lead them to a life of freedom, balance, and joy around eating and fitness.

She put herself through diet hell for nearly 30 years of her life and knows that it’s simply not worth it.

She guides her clients to take action around food, fitness, and body image from an aligned place of love, instead of hate.

She says, “It’s only by changing our minds about ourselves that we can then begin to learn that the love we are so desperately seeking is already inside of us”.I couldn’t agree more!

She’s also the host of the newly launched podcast, Free Yourself From Body Prison, where she’s created a safe space to discuss body image, binge/emotional eating, weight loss, exercise and finding the balanced middle ground between diet culture and anti-diet culture.

In this episode, Jennifer shares her personal journey to create a healthy …

The Great Reframe w/ Jessicka Herman

January 19, 2021
Podcast

I’m excited to announce that we have our first returning guest, Jessicka Herman!

In Jessicka’s first interview, Balancing Love & Wisdom, we primarily focused on her personal spiritual journey as well as how she came to channel a group entity known as Vagrein.

This time we’re talking about the powerful information Vagrein shared that has now been beautifully organized in their book, Vagrein: Seeking Ends When Sharing Begins (available on Amazon).

This book is a masterclass on unity consciousness (balanced love and wisdom) with relevance to wherever you are on your individual journey of awakening.

Whether mastering unity consciousness is your intention or goal for your life or not, this book powerfully shifts our perspective on ALL MAJOR TOPICS each of us deal with in our daily life, which is where I focused our interview.

We go into the parent-child relationship……the romantic relationship (including how attraction works as well as it’s purpose on our soul journey to know ourself more fully)……our relationship with money and the overhaul our financial system is undergoing through the collective awakening……our relationship to our body (specifically how chronic ailments …

Prioritize Your Calling w/ Tarah Long

January 12, 2021
Podcast

As promised, I have a brand new episode this week, featuring my friend, Tarah Long!

Tarah and I met in Bentinho Massaro’s Civilization Upgraders yearlong program a few years ago.

She, like many of the other guests I’ve had on the podcast, is here on earth with a deep mission to serve humanity.

What I love about Tarah’s story is her willingness to massively rearrange her life in order to align with the current version of her calling.

The biggest way she has done this is by letting go of a ten year acupuncture career in order to widen her capacity to serve others.

If you’ve ever faced (or even considered) changing careers (or anything you’re massively identified with), you know how challenging this can be.

Tarah was willing to face the discomfort of no longer being able to identify with being an acupuncturist as well as the confusion others (including family) felt towards this choice in order to courageously align with what her heart was calling her to do.

Aside from changing careers, she was also willing leave the comfort (and paradise!) of the …
