Letting Go Of What Is No Longer Needed

Podcast

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every conversation I’ve had on the Always Shine Brightly podcast (23 interviews with amazing souls plus my solo introduction!) and I hope you’ve both enjoyed the stories and gained relevant insights and inspiration from the lessons and stories shared.

With Season 2 officially wrapped, I’ll be taking a break from the podcast before deciding if there will be a Season 3.

My intention was always to provide a “bridge of understanding” regarding our individual journey to know ourselves as a soul…with the stretch goal of knowing ourself as a soul in unity consciousness.

Not every interview was meant to speak directly to unity consciousness as that is not always relevant to where someone is (hence the “the bridge of understanding” I desired to offer).

It was also meant to normalize the spiritual path so seemingly disparate things occurring in your individual life could be understood through your journey as a soul.

In seeing these “seemingly disparate” instances, circumstances, hardships and frustrations from the perspective of a soul journey, you would gain speed on your respective journey to know yourself as your soul.

Each interview was meant to offer inspiration and insight on some level of our respective soul journey and I believe they did.

Whether the podcast continues or not, I know these intentions have been met.

For a long time I’ve believed a part of my soul blueprint was to offer this “bridge of understanding” through the work I do, whether it’s the podcast, writing A Call to the Heart, this blog, sharing posts online or working with clients.

I’m currently tuning into how that looks going forward. I’m tuning into what’s being called forth and letting go of what is no longer being called forth. I feel some pieces to what I’ve been sharing are no longer being called forth. In fact, they seem to be falling away on their own, which is pretty indicative of what’s no longer needed.

This is what we must do to continually align with our mission/calling/journey.

We can’t grip onto things simply because we’ve made a habit of continuing with them.

For now, I leave you with a quick recap of the second half of Season 2 in case there’s an episode you missed and/or want to revisit:

Free Yourself From Body Prison w/ Jennifer O’Neill: Jennifer is on a mission to help women free their bodies from the pain of dieting and negative body image, and lead them to a life of freedom, balance, and joy around eating and fitness. She put herself through diet hell for nearly 30 years of her life and knows that it’s simply not worth it. We talk about taking action around food, fitness, and body image from an aligned place of love instead of hate. It is only by changing our minds about ourselves that we can then begin to learn that the love we are so desperately seeking is already inside of us.

The Great Reframe w/ Jessicka Herman: Learn empowering perspectives on parenting, romantic partners, money, health, emotions & co-creation. When we’re able to reframe our understanding of these topics within the context of moving toward unity consciousness, we begin to understand the inner workings of our relationship to life itself, which naturally lead to greater inner peace, fulfillment and joy.

Prioritize Your Calling w/ Tarah Long: What I love about Tarah’s story is her willingness to massively rearrange her life in order to align with the current version of her calling.

Thriving Despite Trauma w/ Jordan Simmons: Jordan courageously inspires us to process pain and live from light no matter what occurs in life.

Create Radical Love w/ Benita Conde: This conversation (gently) wakes us up from the complacency we unconsciously accept in our lives and offers tips, insights & inspiration for creating and aligning with a fully loved life…one that is naturally in service to others.

Your Child Is Your Guide w/ Michelle Bowen: Michelle shares how she utilizes the parent-child relationship to accelerate a spiritual awakening.

Remember, you’re a soul…in fact you’ve incarnated into human form just so you can know yourself directly as a soul.

All of my work has been dedicated to leading you back to this knowing.

I love you and…

Always Shine Brightly,
Shanna
