Your Primary Purpose Is Love
When I focus on my intention to be loving no matter what arises (an often, but not always, daily practice of getting centered and set for the day), it automatically brings to the surface incidents of being outside of this intention.
This is a good thing and not something to feel bad about.
Feeling bad about it only keeps you from looking (and the unconscious pattern continuing)…
..but an openness and willingness to look at the ways in which we fall outside of this intention are necessary to continually clear a path for love to move through us…
…where the ultimate soul goal is for love to flow without interval.
I don’t hold the bar to “be loving not matter what arises” and expect to be perfect.

Worthiness, Mavericks & God
It’s important to know where you are in your journey of awakening so you understand the struggles, challenges, pitfalls and goals associated with the section the journey you’re experiencing.
You’ll know where you are based on what feels most resonant to you.

Some learn to walk with their shadow. Many live caught in their own shadow without ever realizing it.
It takes courage to face, understand and heal your shadow (your triggers).
It takes courage to bring self-awareness to your shadow. It takes courage to live your life in a healthy relationship with your shadow….
To know it’s there attempting to bind you to it by pleading with you to shrink (or falsely boast) in the name of safety…And to move in accordance with your heart’s desires anyway.
This is how you reclaim and expand your personal power.
To bring awareness to your shadow and to begin to see through it so it loses its power over you. To feel it trying to discourage you and to choose to move with this sense of fear and contraction anyway. To expand the capable part of yourself beyond the part that’s trying to shrink you.You don’t need to wait until your shadow no longer has a hold over …
