Welcome to 2021!
To help you kick the New Year off on the right foot, I rounded up three podcasts that speak perfectly to the energy of renewal and change!
Since January is a time when people hit the gym and vow to change their eating habits for good, I recommend visiting (or re-visiting) The Barbie Illusion w/ Tracey Keller.
What most don’t realize is they’re trying to make these types of changes from a place that lacks self-love and often feels like punishment or deprivation.
Tracey takes a completely different approach, one that feels better AND has a greater chance of helping you obtain lasting results!
In dispelling what she calls “The Barbie Illusion”, she’s helping women heal ideas of lack, come into more self-love and consume and move their bodies from a place of love and gratitude.
She’s addressing the thing that most people think will be solved through changing how they look.
And it’s been a game changer for her clients.
I also recommend From Burned Out to Self-Sustained w/ Anna Earth as this episode offers many practical tips for co-creating your desired life along with insights for navigating the obstacles that are bound to occur.
Anna also walks us through a powerful journaling process to aid you manifesting your ideal day as well as life in general…this is an invaluable tool/process for anyone who desires to design their life in a new way!
Lastly, I recommend Change is Possible w/ Sean Patrick if you’re looking for extra inspiration to foster your desire to create change in your life.
Sean has transformed his life from being deeply embedded in negative self-talk, addicted to alcohol and not truly believing in himself to living the philosophy “if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life”.
He’s the embodiment of “change is possible”, that no matter where you find yourself on the spectrum negativity—to the point of wanting to take your own life—you can find your way forward, into a more positively oriented life.
I hope these resources serve you in the highest and that your year is off to a grand start!
I’m headed to Big Bend National Park later this week for some time in nature with one of my best friends ~ I can’t wait!
Next week I’ll begin releasing the last three episodes of Season 2.
