Be Loving No Matter What Arises

Podcast

As we come to a close in what will likely be one of the most memorable years in our lives, may we set an intention moving into 2021 to be loving whatever arises.

May we remember to come back to this intention over and over again, remembering that Love is the most powerful force in the Universe.

Our planet and civilization are being transformed by this intention to be loving whatever arises.

The more of us who take up the work to hold and anchor this intention, the quicker we shift our collective reality.

By being loving no matter what arises, you transform yourself by emptying out all that wasn’t loving.

We do this by loving and accepting ourselves through the clearing of judgment, fear, resistance, guilt, shame, resentment and all the rest.

When you notice thoughts that are out of alignment with your intention to be loving no matter what arises, say to yourself:

Even though I thought (insert less than loving thought), I love and accept myself.

And because of this, I also forgive myself.

This brings you back to center where you can reset your intention to be loving no matter what arises.

This is the transformational work that will quantum leap us from a reality that’s predominantly governed by fear (and all it’s cousins) to one that’s governed by love

We each have our individual role and work to play and walk out to create this shift.

So know that the few moments you dedicate to your own emotional clearing and intention to be loving is massively serving the collective.

And, of course, you reap the immediate benefits of feeling more at peace with yourself.

It’s always easier to stay committed to this work and intention when you keep yourself immersed in environments that support and reflect it back to you.

One of my main intentions with the podcast is to bring conversations with guests who hold similar intentions and views about where we’re going as a collective to you.

If you haven’t already done so, I highly encourage you to dive into any episodes you may have missed or to re-listen to the ones that really spoke to you.
