Boundaries
Feeling safe is one of the most important things to understand how to know and create for yourself.
The safer you feel, the more freely you can express.
The more unsafe you feel, the more contracted you are in your expression.
At first, feeling safe is moving away from what makes you feel unsafe. (Setting boundaries to create a space of healing).As you come more and more into your personal power, there will be less you’ll have to protect yourself from. (Your more aligned vibration with the healed version of yourself will naturally set boundaries).
But, until this point comes, it’s best to support yourself in feeling safe by protecting yourself from what takes you out.
This will likely require intentionally setting and using boundaries to protect yourself from the unconscious dynamics occurring in your experience that are creating a sense of feeling unsafe.
These dynamics aren’t serving you and, instead, are pointing to something in you that desires to be healed.
You need to create a boundary so this healing can take place.
Once the healing has begun, your vibrational alignment will rise in accordance with your healing.
