When You Rise Up, You Give Someone Else Permission To Do The Same
We’re all in the same boat, sharing the same fears and vulnerabilities.
We just think we’re alone in these feelings.
So making a bold move feels scary.
Like we’re the only one’s experiencing what comes up.
In this sense of aloneness, we feel we must not be worthy or have what it takes if these things are coming up for us.
But what if we realized everyone else is experiencing some form of the same thoughts and feelings?
Wouldn’t it be easier to make that move?
To have the courage to act.
I don’t think we’d feel as scared if we just realized everyone else is feeling some form of the same thing.
I’ve been in Facebook groups with thousands of women dedicated to pursuing their dreams.
Women with all different backgrounds and levels of success.
And they ALL share stories of feeling fear and vulnerability.
It’s a part of the human experience.
Waiting on these thoughts and feelings to miraculously not be there before acting means we’re simply going to remain in a state of waiting.
But acting in-spite of these feelings and thoughts is what expands and grows us.
In facing and moving through these thoughts and feelings, we gain personal power.
We access more of who we are and what we’re capable of…
We share more of our spirit.
And when we make a move despite feeling these things, we indirectly give others permission to do the same.
So they can more easily share their spirit.
We all grow and expand.
Always Shine Brightly,
Shanna
P.S. Happy Fourth of July to all of my fellow Americans! Hope you’re having a wonderful extended holiday weekend recharging and spending time with loved ones!
