Moving With Grace, Power & Compassion
The truth is most people live lives of entanglement.
Entangled in unhealthy relational dynamics.
Entangled in unhealthy, judgmental thoughts towards self and others.
Entangled in self-consciousness.
Entangled in being offended by others.
Entangled in ruminating over being offended.
Entangled in ruminating over what someone said or did that you didn’t like.
Entangled in ruminating on what happened yesterday, last week, last year…when you were a child, etc.
Entangled in their own inner critic.
Entangled in the unfairness of life.
Entangled in complaining and gossiping.
Entangled in defending how and why life continues to let them down.
Entangled in defending why they’re right (usually about something that isn’t serving them).
These are all unconscious patterns playing on an uninterrupted loop, pinging off someone else’s unconscious pattern that also playing on an uninterrupted loop (drama cycles).
At a certain point, you have to decide if you’re going to stay entangled in these looping patterns or do something about them.
When you make that new choice, you begin to play a critical role in not only changing your own peace of mind, but you begin playing a role in raising the consciousness of the planet.
I created two digital guides to help you disentangle yourself from these patterns, so that you can step more powerfully into who you are at your core…a soul who knows how to powerfully and compassionately carry yourself as you move through this world.
A soul who knows how to powerfully, but compassionately, set boundaries.
A soul who knows how to clearly communicate with others through peace and power.
A soul who is calm, collected and self-assured.
Both guides lead you through a process of becoming aware of what’s keeping your from moving in this manner.
The People Pleaser’s Guide To Reclaiming Your Personal Power gets to the roots of why we people please and takes us on a journey of reclaiming the personal power we outsourced to others through these unconscious fears.
The Guide To Managing Unmet Expectations helps us understand why we react poorly to unmet expectations (disappointment/frustration), what can be done about our reaction as well as how to move forward with our expectations without controlling or micromanaging others.

To moving through this world with grace, power and compassion.
