The Power of a Shift in Perspective

Shifting out of Ego and Into Spirit

I just want to remind you I’m here to help you should you need it.

I’m specifically here to offer perspectives that shift any suffering you may be experiencing.

Now suffering might feel like too strong of a word, so I’m using it to refer to any range of experiences that are keeping you from feeling good about yourself and generally joyful and at peace in life.

Perspective can shift so much in an instant.

And really, a spiritual awakening is nothing more than a progressive shift in perspective that continuously aligns you with more and more peace, love, joy, compassion, etc.

But we often get stuck in a narrow perspective that keeps us trapped in a cycle of thoughts and beliefs that do not serve us.

We stay in these narrow perspectives because we don’t know an alternative one. This is where I come in as a coach. I offer wiser, more loving perspectives tailored to whatever you may be experiencing.

Of course, there may be “work” involved in integrating the perspective, but, sometimes, the perspective in and of itself is enough.

Regardless, through our time together, we move in the direction of aligning with wiser, more loving perspectives towards ourself and others.

This movement allows you to gain traction in your awareness, such that you’re no longer taken out by the narrow perspectives that were previously binding you in stressful ways.

As you become more equipped with wiser, more loving perspectives and processes for moving yourself through thoughts and situations that don’t feel good, you’re in a position to continuously lead yourself through any future situations that have the potential (or temporarily) take you out.

This is a skill that can’t ever be taken from you. It’s invaluable to your inner peace and joy.

I’ve been doing this in my own life for the past 12 years. It’s highly effective.

I may talk to others about stuff I’m going through, but, ultimately, I can lead myself through anything that knocks me off center. I want this for you if it’s something you desire.

It does require an openness and willingness to see in new ways (so new perspectives have an entry point).

It also requires a desire to no longer be bound by what’s been binding you (you have to be willing to release the inclination to prove your problem from the narrow perspective that’s binding you).

And for the coaching to be most effective for you in the long run, it requires a desire to be self-led (so you can apply it to future scenarios). (Though the coaching can be extremely beneficial if it only frees you from the thing you bring to our session).

If you desire to learn these invaluable perspectives through one-on-one coaching with me, rEmail me at shannacovey@gmail.com and let me know (or use the contact form).

If you want to talk to me to determine if 1:1 coaching is right for you, we can schedule a short call to discuss.

I’ve had so many moments over the last 12 years, where a perspective I shared with someone instantly shifted something they were struggling with.

To feel bound by something causing deep stress and then unbound in an instant…I don’t know what is more valuable than this.

If you’re ready to feel free from something that’s been bogging you down, working with me could be the perfect, next step for you.

My one-one-one sessions are $100 for a one hour session and $350 for 4 sessions.

I have openings available.

Always Shine Brightly,

Shanna
