Breaking Free From Struggle
Sometimes you have to slow down to speed up, especially when you’ve been in patterns of struggle.
Patterns of struggle are created through frustration and disbelief.
They’re created through drawing conclusions about what’s possible based on either a history of what you’ve been seeing…
…or what you see as possible through your current set of circumstances.
When patterns of frustration, resistance and disbelief build up overtime they start to gel in your experience.
Your mind and energy become so wrapped around seeing through a lens of struggle that you energetically block yourself from creating your desired experience.
There’s little to no room for something new to enter your experience because the heavy energy of struggle is repeating and recreating itself over and over again.
This can all be changed.
You’re never stuck in an energy of struggle.
But you have to consciously shift your energy to make room for a new experience.
You have to break your agreements with your old beliefs.
Your identification with struggle is an agreement whether you’ve consciously agreed to it or not.
At an unconscious level, you’ve agreed to see your experience through frustration, resistance and disbelief so that’s what you’ve been witnessing to.
And because you’ve been doing this, you’ve accumulated many examples that prove struggle has been your only option.
Which makes you feel bound to it and at the mercy of it in your experience.
But energy is malleable.
You can direct it in new ways by choosing to believe new beliefs that create new experiences.
If you’ve been in the momentum of struggle, frustration and disbelief, it’s going to take some initial ground work to move your energy in a new way.
It’s starts by owning your co-creative capacity.
This means owning your part in believing in struggle, frustration and disbelief.
When you’re able to own your part, you see your power to change it (this step is NOT about blaming or judging yourself…it’s about seeing your capacity to shift your experience).
If you can’t own this, you’ll keep trying to prove your experience of struggle.
You must ask yourself if you’d rather be right in your old experience or open to a new way that has a much greater chance of serving you.
When you’ve clearly chosen the latter, you’ll be open and hungry for the new way of seeing.
You’ll be willing to own and transform your beliefs.
You’ll be open and willing to take on beliefs like: No matter what I see or don’t see happening ALL IS UNFOLDING IN MY FAVOR.
When you start to see through this lens, nothing can prove your old paradigm of struggle.
It literally overrides your capacity to be doubtful (when you fully believe it).
But if there’s room for doubt, there’s room for the old paradigm of struggle.
When you fully believe all is working in your favor, that forces far greater than you are guiding you, that you’re here to do good, that the universe is abundant and infinitely supportive, that you’re deserving of good things, etc., you begin to imprint an entirely different energetic blueprint on your experience.
Things likely won’t change overnight as you’ll still be dealing with the remnants of your old paradigm of energy.
But if you continually clean up your belief system to match the new paradigm, things must shift.
This is why inner work is so crucial to manifestation.
Remember, you hold the power of creating your experience.
